April OTA (N6F26Y)

Sideloaded the April OTA. Notice new baseband. The odd thing is the Android Security Patch Level is April 1st instead of 5th. It's always been the 5th so this kinda jumped out at me. Anyone else with the April OTAs applied noticed this?

I guess I was more surprised by the new baseband than anything. Maybe they figure anyone willing to use 7.1.1 on an N6 obviously isn't looking for carrier approval, so why worry? Actually I was more annoyed by the fact that I had to downgrade SDK in order to sideload the OTA. Adb.exe kept crashing using the latest version of platform-tools (25.0.4). Apparently there's some sort of Windows bug associated with 25.0.4
