This is a check in thread for Google preorder that have asked for a refund on the shipping charge.
Please state:
-when you pre-order your device.
-if you have or have not received your N7 + or - accessories.
-when you asked for a refund on the shipping charge.
-the status on your refund.

I just got off the phone with GS Rep and I ask for a refund on the shipping cost.($13.99) I was not rude but I was politely stern with the GS Rep. I expressed how I preorder my tablet on 6/27 while others for example preorder 8/10 recieve their tablet before me. Furthermore went to say I thought my situation was unfair and was not pleased. The GS Rep unfortunately could not give me a refund because it was not his department. He did however forward my request to another department that would look over my request. The GS Rep could not promise me my refund but that I should receive an email about my request for refund in the next 24hrs. I will tell you all how it goes.

So I called last Thursday regarding a refund on the shipping cost and I was told I would receive email in regards to my request with 24hrs. Well it's has been a week and still no e-mail from Google. I called today and talk to GSR and they told have "not been forgot" and that there is "queue" of emails regarding a refund. Then GSR went on to tell me their is "no time frame" but tried to reassure me they are responding to e-mails. I will keep you guys posted in a new thread.
