Email dating problem

Emails sent from Blackberry playbook (mine and two others) are dated 12/31/1969 on my Nexus7 but when looked at on a HPTouchpad or other devices are correctly dated. Emails sent out from the N7 are correctly dated. All other emails sent from outside or from the Touchpad are correctly dated on the Nexus7. Any explanation or do you just want me to blame BB. Maybe 12/31/2012 is the new beginning of time. Anybody else got a BB Playbook to try this with?

It's a common issue based on database time codes. The default year is 1969. It has something to do with the date format but i don't know specifics.
