when i first got it, it randomly shuts down. now after they probably checked and changed the firmware, etc, this thing randomly reboots even after i did a cache partition clean.

has anyone ever heard about this experience before?

Looking over your history of posts on your Nexus 7(s) I can only recommend 3 things. Do not root it, do not attempt to remove stock android apps that came on it and most importantly do not install apps that did not come from the Play Store. Factory reset it and leave it stock.

i didn't try to remove any installed apps. and i already did a factory reset before i sent it for the first repair.

and amazon store has lots of good apps, so it is not possible not to only other store apps.

if you want to get it repaired, you can just chat with asus online service, they will determine if you need to send it back for repair or not. and they are located in jamaica , but u will send it back to a place in texas.
