Why can't I access my Google Play Store?

I can't access my google play store.

When i open google play store i am being asked for a redeem code which i don't and have never hard. I use samsung s2 in cameroon

Welcome to the forums. Try clearing the cache in settings>apps>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to Play. Click on it, then clear cache.

Otherwise, sometimes resetting app preferences helps will help Play errors. Go to settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences.
