Problems with phone.....

Not sure if there's been an update recently but my phone has gone from being a pleasure to use to a complete nightmare. During calls I have noticed 2new buttons appear(hold call and add call). It now rotates which means my ear now constantly hits buttons and cuts people off in calls and when dialling out when it connects it starts of on speaker phone so blasts my ears out.

I've tried all possible settings and still can't sort it. On top of that I can't turn of locations app no matter what I try. Any one else having problems?

Sounds like you've installed an App that's changed behavior.

Seems a hard reset has corrected it although navigation still starts up without me asking it too but reckon I can cope with that just about

Put antivirus on, or an app to check for ads, that will sort you out

It seems to be strange problem, I had never faced such kind of problem on my phone. Have you shown in service center for same problem?
