    Default If Desire 1 = Nexus 1, then does Desire S = Nexus 2?

If the Desire 1 was the sister phone to the Nexus One, does that mean the Desire S is somewhat like what the Nexus 2 would have looked like if HTC created another Nexus phone? Yes, I know all of this is highly speculative.

certainly would have been nicer than the current NS. Hopefully the third time is the charm!

Seems like it, or at least it looks good on paper

I think S is just another way of saying, "2 sounds bland, let's spice it up by saying S!"

I have to agree, the desire s is top of my list as my next phone to replace my nexus one simply because of its HTC build quality. I don't like the missing notification light, and don't like the charge port on the side. But nothing else out there gives me wanting to leave my nexus one.

Let's hope an ATT version comes out. Too bad its difficult to buy unlocked HTC phones.

I think HTC just needed to make a refresh of the phone of the year.
