quick reboot?

It's not working for me at all....it still turns off slow and comes on slow...like before the update...can somebody help me turn it on

Since Sprint/HTC said that fastboot might cause problems with some apps, I've always had it turned off.

OTOH, I only reboot my phone one a week (or less) so it isn't a big issue for me.
