Radio Shack can't find my account? Help!

Anyone have suggestions for me, Radio Shack can not pull up my account in their system using my account or phone number. I seem to remember this happened at a non corporate Sprint store during the Pre launch. They used some other kind of number or a trick and it pulled right up. Anyone have any advice what I should tell this manager to try, he is clueless and can not get any help on the phone.

The system might also be too bogged down. I would call Sprint.

I just called Sprint and they said try the serial number on the account. She also told me I could just go ahead and order an E-V-O (haha) through her and I wouldn't have to even worry about the $100 rebate she would instantly take care of that...
