Too many noises

OK, I searched. I know it's in here somewhere.

I want my phone to ring. I do not want gmail, email, facebook, and all the other little noises from all those notifications.

How do I get the ringtone to be all the noise it makes?

Messages app / Menu / Settings / Play Notification Sound

Sound settings, lower notifications volume to zero.

I use a app called Chronos. I have it set up to do a number of things, but the big thing is turning off all notification tones after a set time at night so I won't hear texts, mail etc. coming through when trying to sleep. Check it out they have a free limited one also..
