Battery usages

My cell standby and idle time are always the top two when I go to battery usage, then android system, does that mean I have something running all the time and that my phone isn't sleeping? Or is a high idle time a good thing?

Thats a good thing. It means your phone is just chilling a lot. If its anything like most computers, Idle is actually a process and will use a slight amount of battery just keeping the phone from turning off. Its a normal thing and probably should be higher than most things unless your on your phone a SIGNIFICANT amount of time
