How to add multiple small pics to homescreen?

I want to make my homescreen out of six pictures in my gallery. Photo album (HTC), Photo frame (HTC) and picture frame (Android) are all too big to get six pics on screen.
Any apps or widgets to make smaller pics. I don't want to use them to launch anything, I just want the pics!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Try out a couple of the 3rd party launchers out there. Ones like ADW, GoLauncher and LauncherPro. They you resize widgets. That may let you do what your looking for.

Here's what you can get using ADW Launcher EX. I set the home screen to have 4 columns and 6 rows. When I placed the widgets I set them to be 2x2.
