Having problems

When phone is locked I can see lines spaced out horizontal up and Down the screen when I look at it in diffrent views. And also sometimes I'll lose signal on my phone when trying to use data.

Those lines are just the display lol, your phone is off why does it bother you? As for that second bit I can't help you there, what carrier do you use?
