Sequence Shot and Video Highlight Assistance

All of my Zoes have a white marker in the slider bar. Whenever I use these Zoes in a Video Highlight or attempt to create a Sequence Shot the software tends to only use the images/video to the left of the marker. Is there a way to move this marker or maybe force the software to use the entire Zoe? I've attached a screen shot to show the white marker.
