How can I fix Insufficient storage available?

"Insufficient storage available"

So i got a problem with my htc one m7(rooted,version 4.3). So what happened was that when I uninstalled an app and tried to install it again the message "insufficient storage available showed up even do I got more than 10gb of storage left. I already did some research. I tried deleting the cache data and odex files, but had no luck. Any help will be apraciated. Thanks

More than 10GB of app storage? Or of total storage? Or external SD card storage? You need enough free space in the userdata partition (sometimes it's difficult to determine how the storage is partitioned) to both run the system (that's approaching 500MB these days), download the file, unzip it and install the app.

Try clearing all app cache (Settings/General/Storage/Cache).
