I am Stuck. I have no OS, no recovery and S-On. What do I do?

I am Stuck. I have no Os, no recovery and S-On

So i have the At&t Htc one m8, which i converted to GPe and i wanted to go back to stock. I wiped the phone clean, re-installed the stock boot-loader for the phone. blah blah blah..... Right now i can't go forward and i can't go backwards.
the Boot-loader is locked, S is on (S-On), i have no Os and no Recovery. its the perfect trap. Please what do i do?

Also i tried using At&t's RUU for the phone. and i keep getting a model id error.

my recommendation would be to post in XDA - if it's possible to get you back up and running, the folks at XDA will know how.
