Not sure if there was an update or a recent app install has caused this problem, but every time I end a call on my phone - using the touch screen or bluetooth device - the phone crashes and restarts. If the other person hangs up first and I wait for the phone to release the call, it does not crash. My HTC One S is through T-Mobile and it's running Android 4.0.4.
One other thing I noticed is I have difficulty connecting. Sometimes the phone never dials. Sometimes it dials, but I can't 'connect' or hear the person on the other end. Usually the third try the call goes through successfully and I'm able to have a conversation. This is a relatively new phone that has NEVER been dropped or damaged. It was working fine until a few days ago.
