Can't edit my profile

In the people app on my HTC Vivid, when I click on My Profile to try to edit my information, nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem? Restarting my phone doesn't help.

Not for me...just tried it and was able to get to the screens to change things. Maybe try a phone restart. When you turn it off, don't just power down, but do a restart instead.

I dont have a Vivid (I have an Amaze), but I have the same problem. It was there yesterday, and today I cannot change it. It appears all of MY PROFILE information has been deleted. Other forums said the only way they have found to correct it has been a factory reset, which I am not ready to do.
