I just got a Jabra BT2080 headset and can't seem to pair it with my phone. I had no issues pairing it with my gps. I'm 100% sure the headset is in pairing mode, and the phone is searching as you can see. But it's not finding anything :( are there any known issues with the phone?

When my Jabra gave me issues, I had to make sure the Bluetooth device was close and on.

What do you call close? Bluetooth has a max range of, what is it these days, 15 - 20 feet?

If they were any closer they'd be copulating lol. They were within 10" at the most. I've read this headset can be flaky so am suspecting it's that, given how easily I got it paired with my gps.

Jabra isn't the kindest, so I tried with my own. I got it to pair, but it is a different model.

It didn't cost me anything, which I'm starting to be happy about...
