Help with daughters tablet

My daughters samsung galaxy 3 is connected to the internet but won't connect to play store, please can anybody give me advice

Hi! Try resetting date and time. If that doesn't works, try Settings, Apps, All, tap the 3 dots, Reset Preferences.
