New issues with LG G2

Immediately after kit Kat,I didn't have Bluetooth issues,and even the ble worked flawlessly. The last two weeks,something has gone awry. The ble doesn't work at all. My Bluetooth headphones don't stay connected for longer than 10 minutes and my car connectivity is spotty. I see no help in possible fixes. I would like to do a backup and restore,but the g2 isn't being recognized in finder on Mac nor my computer on pc. I'm at a loss on this one.

Secondarily,the lg g2 internal backup that I schedule weekly is not completing its backup for some reason.

So does anyone have ble issues? It's just not working.
Also,my g2 doesn't show up on a pc or Mac when I'm trying to back up via sub. Two odd issues.
