My Lg G3 circle case is having pocket issues, how do I stop it from taking multiple pics in my pocket?

Lg G3 circle case pocket issues

Hi, I got my G3 last week and i love the phone, however since getting the circle case (the clip on one) as it covers my sensors at the top i can just tap it on. That has caused an issue as whenn its in my pocket i'll get it out to find i have 20/30 wonderful pics of my pocket, as well as the clock having been on the whole time, and so my battery is not lasting well at all. Any way to fix this issue?

Is there an issue with the case perhaps?

I've got a ROAR® Diary View Quick Circle Side Flip Magnet Case and when I shut the case the clock stays on for just a few seconds, then switches off. For me, an added benefit is that when I open the case the screen switches on automatically, ready for me to input my swipe code, so I don't have to mess around tapping the screen to get it to turn on.
