my lg g3 is stuck on a boot loop

my lg g3 is stuck on a boot loop on start up i got this after upgrading to lollipop and didnt even try of flashing custom roms. i flashed it back to kitkat stock rom but this didnt solve the problem. the interesting fact is that the phone boots without any flaws when connected to the official charger but not with other android chargers with lower capacities so i'm really tempted to replace the battery i want to know whether this is happening due to a faulty battery

Welcome to the forums. Try this: take the battery out and on a smooth, flat, surface, try to spin it. If it does, it's bad. If that is the case, there is a bulge in the middle, and create a pivot point where there shouldn't be one. This then makes the battery connect and disconnect, making it seem like a boot loop. I had this issue before on an S2, and have heard about it a few times on the S3.

Did you change the battery? does it solve the problem?
