New digitizer won´t react

Hi, I recently dropped my LG G3 really nasty on the corner of a stair step. The glass and digitizer were shattered but the lcd display got away with just a tiny green spot and is still functioning perfectly. As a result of that I switched out the digitizer for a new one. After checking ALL of the connections I started the phone. The booting took a bit longer than usually but it eventually did. After feeling really happy I wanted to enter my password just to find out that it didn´t recognize ANY touches at all. (Yes I did re-check ALL of the conntections with the phone still being on)

Unfortunately with repairs (especially self made), there's not much you can do but to check connections and making sure the panel you got actually works. You can try to boot up your phone in Safe Mode to try and see if a 3rd party app is causing the panel not to respond, but not much we can do, I'm afraid
