I Was Using My LG G4 And Then, Just A Little Bit Ago This Morning, This Showed Up On My Screen:
imgur.com/ptrot5W

It Wasn't There Before Today, And Just Appeared While I Was Using It

The Phone Has Been Dropped Before, But That Was Almost 3 Weeks Ago And There Were No Signs Of Damage To The Screen

The Touchscreen Still Works, And There Are No Cracks In The Display, It Looks Like A Bunch Of Pixels Suddenly Froze/Died

What Should I Do?

Welcome to Android Central! Screen damage doesn't always show up right away--sometimes the effects are delayed. If that persists after a reboot, I'd say that you need the screen replaced (if the defect bothers you). If it doesn't bother you, or if it doesn't impede the functionality, you could leave it alone, but it might progress. At this point, I'd make sure you backup or sync all important data, in case the screen totally fails abruptly.
