Can't connect to Android Studio?

I tried to connect my phone up to Android Studio to see if I can push some code to it. I turned on USB debugging and downloaded and installed the latest USB drivers from LG, but the IDE still couldn't see the phone. Has anyone else tried?

Just did and worked fine on Windows 10.
Didn't even need to install any drivers.
Turned on USB debugging and as soon as I plugged it in I was prompted on phone to allow pc fingerprint. Can connect fine after that.
Cable?
