I can't send or receive pictures in text messages....
Quite frustrated...

Welcome to Android Central! Is your mobile data (i.e., 3G/4G) on? Pictures in text messages are sent via MMS, which requires mobile data to be on (not wifi).

If your mobile data is on and you still can't send or receive pics, try calling your wireless provider.

Yeah it's on.
I called them, only problem is I have to call them from separate phone. I'm home disabled and don't have alternate phone.
Makes it a bit difficult. Lol

Why do you need to call from a separate phone? You mean in case they want you to test out sending texts while you're on the phone with them? I think that's still possible. You could always put them on speakerphone.
