Daughter dropped her LG-P769 in the toilet, :)

I think i know the answer to this already. My daughter dropped her LG-P769 phone into the toilet. I have let it dry for at least 3 weeks or so, I do have the feeling that she tried to plug it in and turn it on while is ti still damp/wet. the battery does take a charge but there is this one thing though it has PRADA backwards on the screen. No buttons work as i tried a hard reset by the volume down, home, and power keys and nothing. Is it (as I think) trash or just a paperweight? also when it is plugged in the screen is black with the exception of the backwards PRADA after about 3 minutes the whole screen turns white.
