You have to flash hydrokernel seperately. Links in the OP. Drew and Team Hydro build both HydroRom and HydroKernel, so they included it within the rom as it is thier own property. In deferance to them, I have not included it in the rom so they get the credit.

Well, thanks! This does have much in common with hydroRom. But I did try and make it my own.

OP updated with new version.

Update DanteRom v2.3
+HTC_IME now baked into the rom
+All apps updated and those that allow included in /system/app to save storage space for user data

Instructions:

-Download DanteRom.v2.3.signed.zip [MIRROR]place on the root of the SD card
-Boot to Recovery, Cannibal Open Touch recommended but Xionia is still okay. (power down, then press Home, Vol Down, and Power and hold to the first LG splash)
-Create a nandroid backup, this is a must.
-Perform a full wipe, I use Debug-FormatALL.zip if on Xionia for simplicity. Seems Zefie's link is down so I uploaded it.(Zefie's page with the debug zips)
-Disable Signature Verification and (now signed!) Flash the zip file.
-Reboot and Enjoy!

Any one out there using this as a daily? My opti s is no longer active so I dont get to really see this rom at work. I would very much appreciate any bug reports and issues on the latest build.

My wife is using it as her daily. Unfortunately, she's having issues with the baseband and we're going to be taking her phone back down to zvd. She has the same issues with all of the zvj roms, so I'm pretty sure it's not your rom. She really loves your rom, otherwise!

Is it the push notification bug? That is the only zvj bug I know of and drives me nuts!

did a fresh clean & flash with the latest update and all is good but noticed my battery drains faster than before. Hmmm....Still my favorite ROM

Give the battery a few days to balance out and build up some battery stats. Did you flash hydro kernel? What settings are you using? My guess would be a setting in on of the apps or over clock as I changed zero core functions in the newest build.

Update. Wifie-poo figured out that the issues of her loosing internet was all her. She's keeping danterom.

I only flashed this rom once when it first came out but now it looks bad @#$ gonna flash next time I upgrade to zvj
