okay so im stuck on the screen with the box and arrow and little android guy and i cant boot into recovery, i can get into download mode and ive tried flashing it like 5 times and it never works

please help me

Tried flashing what? Are you saying you tried the download mode return to stock method?

If you can get into download mode then you can get your phone back to stock

There is one instance where that does not work, and that is if the /misc partition has a flag set to look for an update file, which is where I believe he is at the moment. He'll need a custom .tot file with CWM built into it and then he would need to apply the boot loop fix. The risk with that thou is that he could lose his IMEI. There is a tool out there to restore it if that happens thou.
