The only thing I had installed recently was Google Files. I don't keep a lot of superfluous apps on here. I got rid of files, Amazon, didn't work. Something told me this morning to get rid of Facebook and the Messenger. We'll see if these random popups stop.

I have started seeing ads pop up over Google apps. Youtube, Gmail, Maps. I think Google is doing this to us.

My battery started going bonkers a couple of weeks ago, losing like half of the charge overnight. The Android O beta has fixed that, it seems.

Nexus 6, on Nougat, not a FB beta tester. It has been happening for me, too. Force stop seems to be good enough for me to clear it.

I am generally ok with Fi but I am not really impressed with the coverage. I am in a Tampa suburb and LTE coverage is spotty. I live and work near major roads and yet I get way too much 3G signal or worse and I have had calls drop on me. This is especially frustrating when having to wait 20+...

To answer the original question of this thread: I'm not sure. I got a Nexus 6 last year and it's still a decent phone. I may wait a year before changing phones, this one is good enough.
