I use isyncr. You can synch playlists and any albums you want.

Battery life is amazing. I was out for 12 hours and with moderate usage ( couple of photos, web browsing, texts, watched 2 or 3 youtube videos, checking e-mail) I had like 35% battery left. My 3VO would have never even come close to that.

So happy I dumped my POS 3VO for the GS3. No software bugs, massive improvement in battery life and a camera that isn't embarassing. I went 12 hours off charger yesterday and had 40% battery life left. No way the 3VO ever came close to that.
