I've seen this happen a fair amount with Fedex Overnight. Not counting on it here, but it's happened to me in the past.

Mine as well, though my whole shipment has been sitting at Label Created since yesterday. Hopefully it's a Fedex issue tracking issue which I've had in the past, but I doubt it.

This works as well if it's shipped. But just to be clear, you DO NOT need a credit card associate with your account to use Delivery Manager. I've been using it for a while and have never once input a credit card, even just so Fedex has one on file. I see other packages that are on the way...

I don't think that's what Samsung is doing here, because when companies hold for the release date you still get your tracking info and it's very obvious that the carrier is instructed not to deliver until a certain date. Verizon, for example, does this with almost every big release to allow...

Any retailer opens themselves up to legal problems if they violate contractually set dates. Verizon has a reason to pick 10/23. Whatever that reason is, they'd likely rip Best Buy a new one if BB violates their contract.
