This seems to work for me when market is not downloading apps. if gtalk is working, market should work. They somehow work together. Google's typical response is a temporary network connectivity issue. Clear Data and Cache for the following apps. Go into apps, menu, filter all apps...

This ROM works great with the mixup kernel in the epic section of xda. Unfortunately there is a weird "fight" going on in that section because xda has taken down the epic experience thread. He was giving early beta releases to donators only but still releasing stable releases to the community...
