HERES THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION: I have the same exact problem with my G3 on AT&T. I got a replacement -- YES, replacements ARE refurbished. I've been using my new one, and it is considerably better, however not totally perfect. Maybe replacing SIM is what I need.
