No mobile data, same as everyone else. I got a new device 2 weeks ago, and it worked great for a few days, then slowly went back to not working.

I've been on the phone for an hour with OKC and now Sprint telesales. They're replacing my device. So they claim. Everyone I talk to wants to put me through another step of troubleshooting. I'm about to lose my mind.

I got the update this morning. It didn't help

I just spoke to Sprint. Same issues. Samsung did something wrong in the software, and the S10+ phones can't stay on the mobile data network. They had me change my connection from Automatic to LTE/CDMA. You should know that I had this same issue with my S9+ after a software update in November...

I left mine on.... because I'm afraid I'll mess it all up trying to take it off. And because I scratch screens like it's my job.

There would still be no way for us to get them tomorrow if they start moving tonight. They shipped them all by 2 day air, not next day air.

I don't see how a 2 day air can ship Monday and be delivered Tuesday, but whatever you say, sprint! 😝 I swear their customer reps just make stuff up half the time.
