4.3 is not out for mini yet. I've seen sites say by the end of the year and/or "soon". It will be getting 4.4 early next year, and apparently HTC are not going to skip 4.3 and go straight to 4.4.

This is carrier-specific - you'll need instructions from your carrier about how to set up a mms-specific APN. If it's already set up by your carrier you should be able to just do it by selecting the picture in the gallery and sharing/sending it via messaging.

Might wanna ask in HTC One forums as they get a lot more traffic and it'll almost certainly be the same between the two phones. I don't know the answer sorry.

The blinkfeed page is a feature of the default launcher which means using an alternative launcher (I like Nova Launcher) will replace it. As for whether you can keep the default launcher but disable Blinkfeed, that may be more difficult. I've seen a tutorial for how to do it on the One X...

Sounds like you need to set up wifi on the phone first (assuming you have wifi?). Then after that you can add the Google account.

I use Poweramp for audio (because it does gapless properly even for MP3s from external sources) and MxPlayer for video. However, I believe that Poweramp can do both audio and video. Haven't tried it for video before though.
