If you want a ThinQ, just buy it from the Google Store. That will solve any carrier imposed restrictions and if you activate it on Project Fi they knock off $350 which brings the price down to a reasonable $450.
I would see if it fixes itself. My 2 year old 6P started draining the battery to the point where it needed to be charged twice a day instead of every other day like it worked for the past two years. I was getting ready to replace it, then I got the recent Android update. I also installed...
Uh, we wouldn't all agree. The 6P only gets a mention on Photographyblog.com, the site where they have been reviewing actual pro cameras for over 20 years. On the 925 they post real pictures Nokia Lumia 925 Captures UK Nightlife at 9:25pm | PhotographyBLOG.
Where are you getting your 15th best...
It's a shame Microsoft let the Lumia brand fall by the wayside. The vocal camera app from over three years ago was light years ahead of any camera app on Android now. If Microsoft just got my bank and remote control apps going, this 6P hits the dumpster.
Except they throttle speeds to 8 mbps down which would be OK, but at least where I'm at I am lucky to see 2 mbps. I've been on Cricket for over a year and their speeds and ping times just get worse and worse. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy, well maybe to the ex-wife. AT&T Go is a...
Weather Live. I tried at least 20 weather apps before I found this one. It has good widgets, some of which have a clock, it's accurate, has maps, tracks location, and just plain looks good. It's way above any other weather app I tried.
After two weeks of looking I finally found the answer to my own question in Google Play Store with an app called "Call Stats". It does report total call times for the phone as well as total call time spent with each of your contacts. It does what every other phone I've ever had reported...
Is there anyway to find the total minutes spent on incoming and outgoing calls for the life of the phone? I've always had the ability to track this on previous phones, but this simple feature seems to be missing from the 6P. I've also checked a couple of apps from the store to show this...
It's not the cause unless your 5ghz signal is worse than -70 db. Guys promoting turning off 5 ghz must not have microwaves in their neighborhood as one when running can completely knock out a 2.4 ghz signal, not to mention you're cutting your download speeds at least in half by using 2.4 ghz...
I switched over to One Drive some time ago as the Google photo app has always been crap. No dealing with picture resolutions and it just works. A concept Google doesn't seem to understand.
I use battery Widget Reborn and it acted like that too after the N update, but settled after a day. It doesn't work as well as it did with Marshmallow, but it works. You may see the same thing with GSAM. It looks to me like these battery apps probably need to be replaced with ones that work...
The loudness and sound quality will depend a lot on the headphones you are using. I've been using Audia-Technica cans for some time. They are considered a professional set and the 6P has more than enough power to drive them. I hate to say anything good about Clear Channel, but they have...
