Anyone figured out how to make this happen via a third party app?

I'm basically looking to bypass the default screen timeout and keep the watch face permanently on (at full brightness)

Or worst case just be able to increase the default timeout so that the screen stays on longer than it currently does today.

Regards

I'd like to see this as an option also. Perhaps an app giving you the option of always on, 2 minutes, 5, 10, 15, etc. Yes, a big battery drain, but maybe I want my watch face to actually be seen for an extended period once in a while.
