All my emails say "hidden content" How to fix?

I've done some searching but haven't found anything. I'm using at 2nd Gen. I can read texts and receive emails but can't read them because the content hidden.

Try going Settings>notifications and set "when screen is locked" to show all content

Thanks for the reply. I have a Note 5 and that setting does not seem to exist. I'm also wondering if it has something to do with my company's IT policy. One of my email accounts is my work account, so it could be a security protocol from them?!?!
