[AC Question]

Sir i am using moto g3 whenever i change my mobile data from sim 1 to sim 2 my mobile is getting switch off and when i trying to restart it does not boot up and i need to make it format after that my mobile phone is getting start..sir ye problem last 10 days se hui h please give me a solution of this misbehaviour.
