Data issues on Aio wireless

I finally hooked up my Moto X to Aio service today, transition was seamless for the most part. One issue I seem to be having is data is slow. WiFi I am OK but once I switch to data I find it is slow around 1Meg download and 500 Kbps upload. I finally also did update to, 4.4.2 as I had to be able to get the Data and WiFi switch over and to be able to send MMS. I checked my wife setting and they are pretty much the same but on a Samsung device she connects at 5 Megs download and 4 Megs upload same location. Any suggestions I did reboot numerous times.
