Think i have been hacked.. is factory reset my only option?

Is there away to see what apps came with the phone? I think i have been hacked and am dreading the factory reset. I have found some odd things on my phone. Like a Japanese anime movie folder ( have never watched movies on my phone and it says like 8 hrs of battery time to movies? a file named Baidu? I also found a document with a list of countrys and a bunch of numbers and such, i will try to upload a pic of the screen shot. And my screenshot wont let me change the directory to save, and all the folders are empty Is factory reset my only option? Thanks for any feedback.
