Hello,

I recently received a Droid 2, and it seems to be having a hard time playing videos.

I took a camera video and tried to play it, and it could not play its own 3gp video. The video was taken in the camera "D1 720 x 480" resolution, and when I went to play the video, it could not play via the Video Player or Quickpic.

I had also been able to watch internet videos with my Droid 1, and the same videos, I can not play with the Droid 2.

Any advice?

Mike

If you can't even play the videos you recorded, you probably have a corrupt microSD card. You can plug your phone into your computer with USB Debugging and Mass Storage Mode enabled. Then in Windows (assuming that's what you use), go to My computer and right click on the drive (should be labeled Android) and then you can run CheckDisk on it, or even reformat it if need be after backing up all your files that are on the card.

Check the sdcard, I think something wrong with your sdcard. If everything is OK, I am afraid that you need to refresh a new ROM
