Loss of signal and reboot

Well I just upgraded from the Droid 1 to the Droid 3 and I started getting the random reboots the day after I activated the phone. I noticed the 3g signal was cutting out intermittently as well even when the phone was sitting stationary. I reset multiple times and even reflashed the rom and it has continued doing the same thing. Should I try and exchange it for another D3 or move to something like a Droid X3 or Bionic? I really love the phone but, from all of the threads I've read, there doesn't seem to be a solution. Any opinions?

Resetting the phone and wiping all the data cleared up the issues I was having. Sorry it didn't work for you.
