Internal Storage Issues

Since Froyo, I've went through and moved all of my apps to the SD Card (ones that are given the option, anyway) but I'm still stuck at 39MB of remaining internal phone storage. Before I convinced myself to remove the Where app (couldn't be moved to SD card, 11MB) I would occasionally get the "low storage" warning in my notification bar.

I've been using Advanced Task Manager to make sure all apps (with the option) are moved to my SD card, however I'm still wondering what's eating up the majority of my 262MB System Memory.

262MB (Internal Capacity) - 138.426 (Internally Stored Apps) = 123.574

I understand there are plenty other things that could be eating up my memory, but (only apps considered) I should have 123MB available, whereas I only have 39MB, which is a significant difference.

I plan on going through and weeding out some of those nice-to-have-but-rarely-used apps, but does anyone have any tips/suggestions? It's frustrating to be warned so often that internal storage space is running low.
