mail (in application email) is not responding
My boss just got the i1 for Sprint and I have trouble loading his e-mail. It takes a long time to come up and when it finally does half the time an error message comes up: mail (in application email) is not responding and your choices are to "wait" or "force close". Whats odd is that it seems isolated to just his e-mail account. I added my e-mail account on his phone and everything works fine. We use Groupwise as our email client and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the number of folders he has. Although I have a lot of folders also and like I said it seems to work for me. I have heard a lot of good things about Touchdown however I'd rather just use the free mail client on the phone. I've read about the forwarding all emails to his gmail account but I don't want to have to do that. Any ideas?
