Nexus 4 Skip Activation?
I already have a daily driver (my LG Optimus G) and would really like to get a Nexus 4 to root, be on the bleeding edge of OS updates, generally mess around with, etc. If I decide to go ahead and purchase one, is it possible to skip the activation process and if so, how? (I did read somewhere that skipping the activation process on an old Droid is possible but a reboot of said device would reenact the process so you'd have to skip it every time you restarted the phone. Not sure if that applies to the N4 or any phone in general.) Thanks for any help/suggestions. =0)

Re: Nexus 4 Skip Activation?
There is no activation process for GSM phones. All it asks for is your GMail, and you can just enter that later.

Re: Nexus 4 Skip Activation?
Thanks ragnarokx. Been looking at the Nexus 10 as well but is a little expensive for my school budget and I like the portability of the phone. Just getting into the rooting/modding/theming scene and want another device to tinker around w/instead of my main phone.
