Nexus 5x charger makes noise (high pitch sound) , is expected behaviour or fault charger

My nexus 5x mobile 2 week old and about 1 week from i hearing noise(High pitch sound) while charging. it this correct or fault charger.

A badly-soldered connection somewhere, perhaps.

Evidently you're young (or have fantastic hearing) and you're hearing the choke singing. It should be above the frequency that people can hear. It's not technically defective, so I doubt that you can get it replaced (and probably no one else would be able to hear it to verify the problem).

Ive heard that high pitched whining before. Right now its happening on my Moto 360 charger.
So far i have not noticed any issues with it charging. Ive also heard it on a phone charger and again no issues there.
