CHOETECH was looking for reviewers for their products, They sent out a discount code and I proceeded to give a shot at reviewing the products.
Type A to C cable passes the CheckR test as well as gives the correct output when you run the adb shell "cat /sys/class/typec/typec_device/current_detect" command from adb.
Quality does seem good. Hasn't failed in any way or caused any issues. Plugs in snug and stays put.
Type C to C cable is equally as nice. Haven't had any issues with the OEM/stock base or the CHOETECH base charges at the same rate as stock charger/cable. The stock OEM cable has more of a soft touch feel to the plastic on the connectors. The CHOETECH is more of a hard plastic if that sort of thing bothers you.
The Type C charging adapter charges as quickly as the stock base the best I can tell. I honestly don't have an hour plus to let me phone sit and record charging times It doesn't strike me as any slower. Ampere was usually within a few hundered of the stock adapter if not matching it. The humming from the CHOETECH charger while charging does seem to be a hair louder then the OEM adapter.
Any questions just ask.
